Description
The Hifonics Zeus BXiPRO1.0 Digital BASS Enhancement Processor is a dedicated bass-processor that accurately recreates and reinjects low-frequency information back into the signal path, delivering deeper, more present bass for your music. It includes a dash-mount remote for quick, in-dash tuning from the driver's seat.
- Bass-driver circuit that accurately recreates and injects low-frequency information: Reintroduces low-end energy into the signal path to yield more impactful bass from CDs and even older tapes.
- Dash-mount remote control: In-vehicle control for on-the-fly bass shaping without reaching for the head unit.
- 15V rms max input level: Defines the maximum input signal level the unit can accept before clipping, helping integration with compatible source outputs.
- 12.2V max output level: Establishes the upper limit of the processed signal sent downstream, aiding in proper system gain management.
- Frequency response: 10 Hz – 35,000 Hz: Processing bandwidth spans from deep sub-bass to upper audible frequencies, enabling full-spectrum bass restoration within the device's range.
- High-headroom PWM power supply: Provides dynamic headroom to handle bass transients, reducing the likelihood of clipping during demanding musical passages.
In a car install, the BXiPRO1.0 is designed to recover bass energy that may be lost in the signal path, enhancing overall music playback with stronger low-end presence from a variety of sources. The dash remote facilitates convenient, in-vehicle adjustments, while the broad input/output headroom supports flexible integration with different head units and amplifiers to achieve a more musical, impactful bass sound.
