The Hifonics BRL4000.1 BRUTUS BRL mono block amplifier delivers up to 4000 watts of high-efficiency Super D Class audio output. Built with an iron core transformer and Ultra-Fi MOSFET power supply, it maintains clean signal fidelity while keeping vehicle electromagnetic interference minimal.
Thermal control is managed by a heavy mass-loaded extruded aluminum heat sink combined with multi-layer surface mount circuitry for reliable high-demand performance. The top badging features selectable illumination modes, operating as solid blue lighting, fully off, or as an active VU meter to assist with gain calibration.
Integrated multi-stage safety circuits protect against voltage anomalies, short circuits, overcurrent, and overheating. Fine-tuning is enabled via variable onboard crossover filters, bass boost control, and an included wired bass remote with an integrated status indicator.
